Our telehealth urgent care is for stable, non-complicated conditions that can be safely evaluated and treated via video visit
Upper Respiratory
Cold/flu, sore throat, cough, congestion, sinus infections.
Urinary Tract
UTIs, mild urinary symptoms, uncomplicated bladder infections.
Skin & Dermatology
Minor rashes, eczema, acne, contact dermatitis.
GI & Digestive
Heartburn, mild nausea, minor GI discomfort.
Allergies
Seasonal allergies, minor allergic reactions (non-anaphylaxis).
Minor Aches & Strains
Minor musculoskeletal complaints, mild back pain, minor strains.
Prescribing & Safety
First Approach
No Controlled Substances — No Exception
No controlled substances are prescribed through urgent care on-call services. This is firm with no exceptions:
- No narcotic pain medication(oxycodone, hydrocodone, tramadol, codeine)
- No stimulants(Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin)
- No benzodiazepine(Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Valium)
- No controlled muscle relaxant(carisoprodol)
- No controlled sleep medication(Ambien)
Safety-First Referral Policy
Patient safety is our top priority. You will be directed to the ER or in-person care if:
- •Severe or worsening symptoms
- •Chest pain or difficulty breathing
- •High fever unresponsive to medication
- •Signs of serious or systemic infection
- •Any condition suggesting a medical emergency
- •Conditions requiring labs, imaging, or procedures

Provider Visit
On-call NP evaluates, diagnoses, prescribes if appropriate, provides work/school notes.
Follow-Up / Referral
Lab orders or referrals if needed. The $90.00 (+ fees & taxes) covers the evaluation regardless of outcome.

Please read carefully before scheduling. By booking and attending your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Cash-Pay Service & Payment
The $90.00 fee (+ 3.5% processing fee & applicable taxes) is due at time of service and is non-refundable once a provider has rendered care. This includes visits where the provider refers to the ER, redirects to in-person care, or determines the condition does not match intake info. Evaluation and clinical decision-making is the service.
What We Do Not Manage via Telehealth
Any life-threatening or emergency condition. Severe or worsening symptoms. Conditions requiring physical examination. Conditions requiring labs, imaging, or procedures. Lacerations, fractures, significant injuries. Prescriptions requiring controlled substance. Patients under 18. Any condition the provider determines is beyond scope.
Triage Acknowledgment
Our triage screens for telehealth appropriateness. If triage indicates your condition is not appropriate and you proceed anyway, the $90.00 processing fee & taxes) is charged. You were informed of the limitation before proceeding.
Controlled Substance Policy
No controlled substances through urgent care or on-call — no exceptions. No narcotics, stimulants, benzodiazepines, controlled muscle relaxants, controlled sleep meds. Booking constitutes acknowledgment.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for complete, accurate health info. If you provide misleading information and the visit does not meet expectations, the fee is non-refundable. Misleading info may result in redirection to emergency services.
Charge Dispute Notice
The $90.00 (+ 3.5% processing fee & applicable taxes) is payment for a clinical service: evaluation, assessment, and decision-making. Referring to the ER, redirecting, or declining to prescribe does not constitute failure to provide service. Disputes reviewed against terms at booking. Non-refundable.
