PSYCHIATRIC & MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication management services provided by licensed mental health professionals for stable, non-emergency conditions.
Services are provided via telehealth by board-certified PMHNP-BC providers. Telehealth has limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions.
This is a cash-pay service. No insurance is billed. The initial visit fee is $120.00 and the follow-up visit fee is $90.00, plus a 3.5% processing fee and applicable taxes. The applicable fee is due at time of service and is non-refundable once a provider renders care.

Controlled Substance PolicyState-Specific
Prescribing Policy
Our policy for controlled substances (stimulants and benzodiazepines) varies by state. This is clinical, regulatory, and has no exceptions.
Texas Patients
Stimulant medications (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or similar) are NOT prescribed to patients in Texas.
Benzodiazepines (Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, or similar) are NOT prescribed to patients in Texas.
ADHD treatment in Texas is limited to non-stimulant medications. Anxiety treatment uses non-benzodiazepine options. No exceptions.
New York, Oregon & Washington
Stimulant and benzodiazepine medications will NOT be prescribed within the first six (6) months of treatment.
During this period, your provider works with non-controlled treatment options and thorough evaluation.
After six months of established care, controlled substances may be considered if clinically appropriate.
If you are scheduling specifically to obtain stimulant or benzodiazepine prescriptions, please review the policy above before booking. The $120 for initial visit & $90 for follow-up visit fee (+ 3.5% processing fee & taxes) is non-refundable. Booking constitutes acknowledgment of this policy.

Please read carefully before scheduling. By booking and attending your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Cash-Pay Service & Payment
The $120 for initial visit & $90 for follow-up visit fee (+ 3.5% processing fee & applicable taxes) is due at time of service and is non-refundable once a provider has rendered care. This includes visits where the provider refers to the ER, redirects to in-person care, or determines the condition does not match intake info. Evaluation and clinical decision-making is the service.
What We Do Not Manage via Telehealth
Active suicidal ideation or psychosis.Acute psychiatric crises or decompensation.Severe substance use disorders requiring inpatient care.Conditions requiring inpatient hospitalization.Patients under 18.Any condition the provider determines is beyond scope.
Triage & Redirection
During intake, our team assesses appropriateness for telehealth psychiatric services. If your condition is outside our scope, you will be informed before the visit. If you proceed despite being advised, the $120 for initial visit & $90 for follow-up visit fee (+ processing fee & taxes) applies. If redirected during the visit, the fee is still due.
Controlled Substance Acknowledgment
By booking, you acknowledge our state-specific policy. In Texas: no stimulants or benzodiazepines. In NY/OR/WA: not within the first 6 months. Booking constitutes acceptance.
Accuracy of Information
If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading health information, the visit fee is non-refundable. Clinical decisions depend on the information you provide.
Charge Dispute Notice
The $120 for initial visit & $90 for follow-up visit fee (+ 3.5% processing fee & applicable taxes) is payment for a clinical service. A decision to not prescribe, refer, or redirect does not constitute failure to provide service. Disputed charges reviewed against terms acknowledged at booking. Non-refundable.
