What Happens During Your Visit
Visit fee: $90.00 (+ 3.5% processing fee & applicable taxes)
A comprehensive one-on-one telehealth consultation with a board-certified nurse practitioner who evaluates your health holistically and develops a safe, individualized weight management plan.
Comprehensive Medical Evaluation
Your provider reviews your complete medical history past diagnoses, surgeries, hospitalizations, family history, current medications, supplements, and allergies.
Health Goals & Lifestyle Assessment
We review your eating patterns, physical activity, BMI, body composition, sleep, stress, and behavioral factors. Your goals drive the plan.
Clinical Assessment & Determination
Your provider determines the most appropriate next steps including whether medication is clinically appropriate, or whether lifestyle modifications alone are right.
Evidence-Based
Medication Options
If your provider determines you are a candidate for medication, several options may be considered. Not all patients are candidates for every medication.
Additional Medication Options
Your provider may recommend bupropion (Wellbutrin), topiramate (Topamax), or other evidence-based options based on your clinical profile.
GLP-1 Receptor Agonists
We primarily prescribe brand-name GLP-1 medications. In rare cases where brand-name is not tolerated, compounded alternatives may be prescribed.

Every patient receives personalized lifestyle guidance — dietary recommendations, physical activity assessment, and behavioral strategies — whether medication is prescribed or not.

Cash-Pay Service & Payment
This is a cash-pay service. The $90.00 visit fee (+ 3.5% processing fee & applicable taxes) is due at the time of service and is non-refundable once a provider has rendered care. No insurance is billed. You are solely responsible for the full cost. By scheduling, you consent to this charge regardless of clinical outcome, referral, or redirection.
What We Do Not Manage via Telehealth

Triage & Redirection Policy
During intake, our team assesses whether your condition is appropriate for telehealth. If your condition is outside our scope, you will be informed before your visit. If you proceed despite being advised, you will be charged the full $90.00 (+ processing fee & taxes) . If your provider redirects you to in-person care during the visit, the fee is still due — the provider rendered a clinical service.
Controlled Substance Policy
No controlled substances are prescribed for weight loss services. All medications are non-controlled. This is a clinical policy with no exceptions.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate health information. If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information and this results in a visit that does not meet your expectations, the fee is non-refundable. Clinical decisions depend on what you provide.
Charge Dispute Notice
By scheduling, you agree that the $90.00 fee (+ 3.5% processing fee & applicable taxes) constitutes payment for a provider consultation —evaluation, assessment, and clinical decision-making. A decision to refer, redirect, or determine that medication is not appropriate does not constitute a failure to provide service. Disputed charges are reviewed against terms acknowledged at booking. Services rendered are non-refundable.
